What is personal data?

Why we have your data?
We have your data as we offer a service and a product to you as a previous or current customer as someone who has expressed an interest in our products. We use three companies as part of our on-line booking process. Booking Hound for bookings, Datacash and Barclaycard for secure processing of your card payment. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights
How we store your data
We only store your data for as long as we need to do so. We store your data internally within the business. Your data is accessed only by staff and directors who need to use it to fulfil necessary tasks. We only access it when it is needed. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
